Top-Notch Client Support

Here at Healthcasts, we take pride in providing the “white glove” experience for our clients. Our team is structured so that each client is designated with a Client Services Representative who ensures that the campaign is up and running in a timely manner. From the initial kick-off call through launch, our Client Services Team strives to be there every step of the way. This includes asset handoff, building out the campaign, taking the asset through MLR, and launching the campaign – plus everything in-between. Once the campaign is up and running, a member from our Account Services Team will step in as your day-to-day contact for campaign pacing, reporting, optimization, and much more.

We feel successful when our clients feel like they are getting value from our campaigns, and for that reason we ensure that you will have knowledgeable and helpful points of contact to guide you each step of the way.

Reporting Insights

For each of our campaigns, you will receive comprehensive data. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with the much-requested aggregate counts on a weekly basis, and new to 2021, HCP-level data on a weekly basis. More importantly, the data that we provide is actionable for our clients. We do not  think it enough to just know how many people engaged with your campaign. The data we provide is extremely robust in the sense that you will know specific actions that the target HCPs took while engaging with your campaign, as well as other important information like how much time they spent with your campaign.
